Colour–magnitude diagrams for IC 4651. The BV data were taken from Eggen (1971) and we used a radius of 5′ around the cluster centre for both, the visual and NIR CMD. Filled symbols in the NIR CMD represent objects with a 2MASS photometric quality flag of A (S/N> 10), while open symbols are stars that are covered with a lower photometric quality.
