SN2014J spectrum near the 847 keV line as shown in Fig. 1, but here the analysis was performed in 2 keV energy bins, which corresponds to the instrumental resolution, and for eleven epochs separately, before summed up. Apparently, a single broad Gaussian does not capture the line shape properly across the rise, peak, and fall of the gamma-ray emission.
