Vortices that have formed shock structures at t = 35 in a simulation with Δv0 = 1.51vs, κ = 0.7968 and δ = 0.1. Shocks are clearly visible for the gas (left panel) and the smallest dust species (middle panel). In the second smallest dust species (right panel), the shocks can still be discerned; however, they are less evident. In larger dust species, these shocks are not seen.
