The circle, triangle and square markers indicate models with superwind radii of 200, 500 and 2500 AU respectively. The blue, red, teal and green curves now represent the crystalline olivine abundances of 2, 4, 8 and 12%. Only panels B and D are shown because those panels enable one to read the superwind radius and the crystalline olivine abundance. Other parameters of the models are as in standard mode.
