Single-dish and correlated flux spectra for Mrk 1239 (see caption for Fig. B.1). For unknown reasons, the VISIR spectrum of this source is lower not only than the MIDI total flux but also most of the MIDI correlated flux observations. The only physical explanation for this behavior would be fast variability in the source. However, we have observed the source twice with VISIR (see Table A.1 on page 21) in between the MIDI observations (see Table A.15 on page 32) and found no indications for variability. We show the VISIR spectrum here for completeness, but we only use the MIDI photometry for the fits.
