Estimated CME and type II burst heights for the 6 April 2004 event (Event No. 10). The Wind WAVES frequency range is as in Fig. 2. The LASCO C2 image difference image shows the CME at 13:54 UT, at height 5.2 R⊙, at central position angle of 164° (counterclockwise from the top). This was a full halo CME. No SEPs were observed.
