Some important spectral lines of the twelve galaxies observed with both FUSE and IUE. Left panels are the FUSE data around Lyβ and C ii λ1036 Å. Also, when possible, the Milky Way C ii λ1036 Å absorption feature is displayed, which shows the zero flux level. Most FUSE data are from the LiF 1A channel, but for the highest redshift targets LiF 2A (MRK 0357) or SiC 2B data are over plotted (Tol 1247-232, MRK 54). Right panels are the IUE data around the Lyα with the strong geocoronal Lyα emission visible out of focus to the left.
