From lower to upper panel on the left: flux of the [O i] 63 μm line, oxygen mass averaged temperature and total oxygen mass in the disk versus X-ray luminosity. See Sect. 3 for the description of the error bars. Since the line is optically thick, its flux is sensitive to the thermal conditions in the disk. From lower to upper panel on the right: [OI] 63 μm emitting region inner and outer radius and FWHM of the line. As the emitting region gets pushed to larger radii, the FWHM of the line decreases accordingly.
