Surface brightness images of optically thin radiation pressure dominated tori viewed at inclination angles of 30°, 45°, 75° and 85° (left to right, top to bottom). The torus parameters are n = 0.21, rk = 12 rg and β = 5 × 10-5. The black-hole spin parameter a = 0.998. The brightness of each pixel represents the total intensity integrated over the entire spectrum. The torus brightness is normalised such that the brightness of the brightest pixel in each image is the same.
