The 3800−8000 Å optical spectrum of the faint object located between the CV and the red giant as seen in the zoom-in of the field of 1RXS J180431.1−273932 (Fig. 1, lower panel). The spectrum is typical of a normal star of G type. Telluric absorption bands are marked with the symbol ⊕.
