The He i λ5875.62 line observed during 5 consecutive nights in October 1998. The upper curve is the average spectrum and the lower curves display the ratios between the individual spectra and the average (with progressive offsets for visibility). The unresolved interstellar sodium lines are sensitive to the seeing and vary for that reason. The helium line is resolved and show significant time variations due to orbital motion of the SB.
