Bright is red, dark is blue with a dynamical range 0 < C − R < 2 mag. The background color is typically C − R = 1.3, the darkest spots have C − R = 0.2 . The color map is shown with a larger scale to better demonstrate the color homogeneity of the surrounding and the blueish envelope of SH2.
