The model in the middle panel is for the standard extinction aV = 0.70 mag/kpc and does not contain absorbing clouds. The model in the right panel is for a lower extinction of 0.68 mag/kpc and contains clouds located at the same distances as in the best model for F170, i.e. at 11–13 kpc from the Sun.
