Notes. The selection is cumulative in the sense that in rows 3−4, each row assumes all the conditions of the previous rows. Rows 5 and 6 assume all the conditions in rows 2−4. The low-z X-ray sample is used only to constrain the mass dependence of the RLF (Sect. 5.3.3). Where not explicitly stated otherwise, the high-redshift samples are used in this paper.
Current usage metrics show cumulative count of Article Views (full-text article views including HTML views, PDF and ePub downloads, according to the available data) and Abstracts Views on Vision4Press platform.
Data correspond to usage on the plateform after 2015. The current usage metrics is available 48-96 hours after online publication and is updated daily on week days.
Initial download of the metrics may take a while.
