The distribution of the 1422 intergalactic globular cluster candidates brighter than IF814W = 27.3 mag in the A1185 core field. The field of view is 3.4′ × 3.4′, with north up and east to the left. Enhancements in the number of objects can be seen in a few regions, especially in the direction of the bright galaxy NGC 3550. For comparison, the location of the smaller and shallower WFPC2 field studied by Jordán et al. (2003) is also shown.
