Brightness profiles of the HR 4796A observations and model at 18.1 μm (lower curves) and 24.5 μm (upper curves). The brightness profile for each observation or disk model was generated by summing the central 3′′ along the long axis of the disk. Model curves are shown for four different angles of pericenter, and we have concluded that a pericenter angle of zero provides the best fit.
