Fig. 2

Selected velocity-integrated maps for the different molecules observed at the Sgr
A complex. Maps of the CS(1–0) line (Tsuboi et al.
1999) are displayed at the bottom. Each column corresponds
to the same velocity range, indicated at the top of each column. The wedge at
the top shows the intensity gray scale for each column. Contour
levels for the integrated-velocity emission (in the
scale) of all the molecular lines,
except CS(1–0), are −3σ (dashed contour), 3σ,
from 2.0 to 12 in steps of 1.5 K km s-1 and from 12 in steps
of 6 K km s-1. Contour levels for the velocity-integrated
CS(1–0) emission are −3σ (dashed contour), 3σ, and
from 6 in steps of 6 K km s-1. White contours are
from 12 K km s-1. The 3σ levels corresponding to
the 15, 30, and 45 km s-1 wide velocity ranges are 0.7, 1.0, and
1.2 K km s-1 for the SiO(2–1), H13CO+(1–0), and
HN13C(1–0) maps; 1.0, 1.3, and 1.7 K km s-1 for the HNCO(5–4)
and C18O(1–0) maps; and 2.6, 3.7, and 4.5 K km s-1 for the
CS(1–0) maps. The beam size (30′′) is shown in the bottom-left corner
of the first column panels. Sgr A∗ is the origin for the offset
coordinates.
Current usage metrics show cumulative count of Article Views (full-text article views including HTML views, PDF and ePub downloads, according to the available data) and Abstracts Views on Vision4Press platform.
Data correspond to usage on the plateform after 2015. The current usage metrics is available 48-96 hours after online publication and is updated daily on week days.
