Effect of the gradient-thickness degeneracy: the l − v slices at b = 45° for the two different rotating halo models are almost indistinguishable. The disk emission has been excluded and the cubes have been smoothed to 8° resolution. Contour levels are 40, 80, 160, 320, 640 and 1280 mK in brightness temperature.
