Stokes I map of the 3C 196 field made by using only the long baselines (|u|  > 150) and the data from the 139.3 MHz spectral band. All the point sources brighter than 150 mJy were extracted from this map and used as the final sky model for the selfcalibration of the band. The conversion factor is 1 mJy beam^-1 = 3.3 K.
