Notes. (a)  $E_{\gamma, \rm {iso}}$ values are quoted in the energy range 1 keV-10 GeV, with the exception of GRB 080916C (10 keV-10 GeV: Abdo et al. 2009a) and GRB 090510 (10 keV-30 GeV: Abdo et al. 2009b). (b) The true SFR may be larger than measured because of slit losses. (c) The opening angle and $E_{\rm {\gamma}}$ are lower in a wind medium for GRB 090323 and 080916C.
