The dust-to-gas mass ratio $\rho_{\rm d}/\rho_{\rm g}$ is calculated from $f_{\rm c}$ as described in Höfner & Dorfi (1997) and the grain radius is defind as $a_{\rm gr}=r_0~(K_1/K_0)$, where K0, K1 are the zeroth and first moment of the grain-size distribution, respectively. Models with $\log$(C-O)+12 = 7.90 are not included, since none of them produced any outflow.
