Note 5. Our measured Si IV Stark FWHM ($W_{\rm m}$ in pm) at given T(in 103 K $\pm$14%) and $N =1\times 10^{23}$ m $^{-3} \pm 13\%$, with estimated accuracies. The W (in pm) values from other experiments are also given: t (Djenize et al. 1992) and u (Platisa et al. 1977) obtained at following T and N: t (T=29 000 K, $N = 1.6 \times 10^{23}$ m-3) and u (T=25 600 K, $N = 5.8 \times 10^{22}$ m-3). Asterisk denotes value measured by Djenize et al. (1992) at T =48 000 K and $N = 2.6 \times 10^{23}$ m-3. Atomic data are taken from NIST.
