This latter estimator ranges between 0.1 and 0.9, a larger value corresponding to a higher probability of being correct. $N_{\rm obs}$ is the number of epochs used for the proper motion measurement in the USNO-B catalogue. The membership probability are indicated in Cols. 17 and 21 for the USNO-B and UCAC2 catalogues respectively.
