Poisson errors are assumed. For ``Init'', the true mass M is used, for the other two cases the projected mass, $M \sin i$ ; ^d ``not calculated'' corresponds to the $N_{\rm nocalc}=19~796$ initial conditions where no 0.6 $M_{\oplus }$ seed could form during the disk lifetime; ^e ``DBP'' stands for deuterium burning planets.
