Cases of $\textit{SNR}< 5$ at either of 4.85 or 10.45 GHz are noted with upper limits of $5\sigma$ . The source name is marked with $^\star$ or $^\dagger$ in case de-confusion correction has been applied at 4.85 or 10.45 GHz, respectively.
