The second column is the fractional mass $q = \log M_{\rm cvz}/M$ in the zone or down to an optical depth $\tau _{\rm R} = 5$ , whichever is deeper. The next columns give the logarithms of gas pressure, temperature, and mass density at this level. All physical quantities are in cgs units.
