Table 2:

The degree of randomness $\Phi $ for the CS and the NCS.
  Cold Northern Gauss +
  Spot Cold Spot noise Gauss
l 208 $.\!\!^\circ$7 294 $.\!\!^\circ$8
b -55 $.\!\!^\circ$6 60 $.\!\!^\circ$8
N1 239 243 239 239
N2 2155 2154 2157 2157
N3 5987 5989 5983 5984
$\Phi_1$ 0.02 0.03 0.17 0.15
$\Phi_2$ 0.68 0.43 0.15 0.15
$\Phi_3$ 0.98 0.98 0.18 0.15
The columns contain coordinates of their centers, the pixel counts within 1$^{\circ }$ (N1), 3$^{\circ }$ (N3), and 5$^{\circ }$ (N5) radii, and values for $\Phi $ for each region. Mean $\Phi $ for 20 simulated Gaussian maps with superposed WMAP's noise (Gauss+noise) and without noise, i.e. isotropic map.
