Table 1: Stellar parameters of the 9 non-rotating models for which the maximum mass-loss rates were determined in Paper I. The line force parameters $\alpha $ and k are taken from Pauldrach et al. (1986). The critical velocity $v_{\rm crit}$ is expressed in km s-1 while $\sigma _{\rm e}$ is expressed in cm2 g-1. The mass-loss rate is given in units of 10-6 $M_{\odot }$ yr-1.
