Table 1: Stellar parameters of the 9 non-rotating models for which the maximum mass-loss rates were determined in Paper I. The line force parameters $\alpha$ and k are taken from Pauldrach et al. (1986). The critical velocity $v_{\rm crit}$ is expressed in km s^-1 while $\sigma _{\rm e}$ is expressed in cm² g^-1. The mass-loss rate is given in units of 10^-6 $M_{\odot }$ yr^-1.
Table 2: Surface-integrated maximum mass-loss rates (expressed in $10^{-6}~M_\odot$ yr^-1) and corresponding maximum angular momentum loss (expressed in 10³⁷ kg m² s $^{-2}=1.94\times 10^{-3}$ $J_\odot$ yr^-1) for the stellar models of which the equatorial parameters are listed in Table 1, as a function of the rotation velocity. The indication " $\infty$ '' means that the star has reached the $\Omega \Gamma$ -limit.
