Our program DYNAGE for calculating the model parameters ( $Q_{\rm jet}$, $\rho _{0}$, $p_{\rm c}$, $u_{\rm c}$, and $E_{\rm tot}$) for a set of given values of t, ${\alpha }_{\rm {i}{n}{j}}$, and ${\gamma }_{\rm {i},{m}{a}{x}}$, as described in this paper and illustrated in Fig. 1, is available upon request from J.
