Table 3: Best fit model parameters for $\delta $ Cep and its CSE. $\theta _\star $ is the stellar angular diameter (mas), $\alpha $ the CLD coefficient, $\theta _{\rm s}$ the shell angular diameter (mas), w the shell width (mas) and $F_{\rm s}/F_\star $ the relative brightness (Fig. 3). Last column tabulates the reduced $\chi ^2$. Only parameters with error bars (lower scripts) have been fitted. Note that in the second line, $\theta _{\rm s}/\theta _\star $, $\alpha $, w and $F_{\rm s}/F_\star $, are set to the values found for Polaris (see Table 2).
