The columns list metallicity, initial mass, the parameter $\eta$ in Reimers' mass loss formula, total mass $M_{\rm f}$ after the core helium flash, core mass $M_{\rm c}$ , and convective core mass $M_{\rm cc}$ at the ZAHB.
