The Gavazzi et al. (1999) cluster membership criterion, based on the 3D distribution of galaxies in the Virgo cluster, is slightly different from that given by Binggeli et al. (1985, 1993), used to define the sample. It is thus not surprising that several objects in Table 2 are listed as members of cluster B or of the M and W clouds.
