We use this opportunity to point out a sign error in their Eq. (9), where it should read $\vec{A}_0=\overline{\vec{A}}_0 -\vec{\nabla}_\perp\times(\psi\vec{\hat{z}})$. The contributions from the mean field remain however unaffected.
