A horizontal line separates actual model parameters from derived ones. The latter are: the typical luminosity at the ‘break’ angle, ; the slope 2/α_L of the luminosity function ϕ(L) = dP/dlnL for jets seen between θ_c and θ_w; the slope 2/β_L for jets seen at larger viewing angles; the slope α_Ep/α_L of the Yonetoku correlation for off-axis jets with θ_c < θ_v < θ_w; the slope of the Yonetoku correlation for θ_v > θ_w.
