In the CSS mission, fA = fB = 30.4 GHz, as the travel path is similar and the light speed, c, the signals reach the A′ and B′ at the time t′A and t′B, the difference of time is T′AB ≤ 1µs, with the atmosphere influencing the frequency in the same way.
