ALMA sub-millimeter continuum observation presented in Benisty et al. (2021) compared to the 2019-03 ADI and 2019-06 PDI IRDIS observations in K-band. The spiral trace corresponds to the one measured on the ADI data set (method presented in Sect. 3.1). The dashed ellipses are computed as a circle on the inclined plane of PDS 70. The radius and center have been adjusted to match the edge of the inner ring or pedestal (white), and of the outer ring (black), respectively, on the ALMA image.
