The brightest star, with W1 = 2.1, W1 − W2 = 0 mag, is the foreground source IRAS 17302-2800, which is located close to the cluster centre. For comparison, the region where the Gaia-EDR3 CMD of Fig. 1 is made (r < 3′) is the inner red region shown in this map.
