Histogram of the observed r-band magnitudes of the dusty QSO-DLAs compared to the SDSS-DR12 QSO-DLAs and the total number of quasars from the SDSS-DR12Q survey at redshifts 1.5–4.0. The mean r-band magnitude of 18.78 mag for the dusty QSO-DLAs is roughly two magnitudes brighter than the mean of r = 20.39 mag and r = 20.65 mag for the full sample of SDSS-DR12 QSO-DLAs and quasars, respectively, in the same redshift range.
Current usage metrics show cumulative count of Article Views (full-text article views including HTML views, PDF and ePub downloads, according to the available data) and Abstracts Views on Vision4Press platform.
Data correspond to usage on the plateform after 2015. The current usage metrics is available 48-96 hours after online publication and is updated daily on week days.
