The Earth position is fixed to the bottom of the figures. The extent of the camera field of view in the ecliptic plane used in the triangulation of the CME pressure wave are plotted for each case. The direction of propagation of the CME is shown as a color-coded cone of fixed longitudinal extent. These directions of propagations were derived by the HELCATS project using heliospheric imaging (except for the 2014 Sep. 01 case, in which the coronal shock nose propagation direction was used).
