IR transmittance spectra in optical-depth scale (P polarization) of CH3OH:N2 ice (about 250 nm thick) deposited at 16 K after bombardment with 1.58 × 1014 200 keV H+ cm-2 (dose = 4 eV/16u; dashed line) and after processing by a combination of 1.29 × 1014 200 keV H+ cm-2 and 1.76 × 1018 photons cm-2 (total dose = 37 eV/16u) with the band profile contribution from CO and 13CO2 produced by UV photolysis removed (solid line). The band profiles and intensities of HNCO and OCN− are similar for both spectra.
