- Discovered by Lépine et al. (2003c) as the first possible L subdwarf. Cushing & Vacca (2006) described it as a very peculiar
object (M6p/sdM), and Dahn et al. (2008) recently found it to be an astrometric binary of the Galactic halo population consisting of a mildly metal-poor M dwarf and a substellar companion.
- Lépine et al. (2002) listed an erroneous position and proper motion
for this object.
