PLANCK and WMAP hit counts correspond to 1.7' (Healpix $n_{\rm side}=2048$ ) and 6.8' ( $n_{\rm side}=512$ ) pixels respectively. $N_{\ell }$ is the white noise level calculated from the inhomogeneous distribution of hits.
