- The rate
coefficients from Faure et al. (2007) only became available once most of
the models had been run, but those new calculations often do not
include a wide enough range of temperatures or the higher
excited energy levels, needed for the analysis of YSOs. Test
models using different published rate coefficients show that
absolute line fluxes may differ up to 30% (Poelman & van der Tak 2007). Even
greater differences are found at low temperatures (T < 20 K) and
densities (n(H2)<104 cm-3) for the ground-state line
intensities and profiles (e.g. Poelman & Spaans 2005; Dubernet et al. 2006). However, the general trends
found in this paper remain valid for different rate coefficients.
