Table 1: Present parameters of the Uranian irregulars and orbital damping due to gas drag exerted by Uranus extended envelope. $r_{\rm s}$ and a are the present physical radius and the present orbital semiaxis of the irregulars. $e_{\rm mean}$ is their calculated mean eccentricity tabulated in Table 2. $a_{\rm i}$ and $e_{\rm i}$ are the orbital semiaxis and eccentricity just after the GC, while $(\Delta {a})/a_{\rm i})$ and $(\Delta {e}/e_{\rm i})$ are the damping of these orbital elements since the epoch of the GC until the contraction of the Uranus envelope.
