a Internal errors are quoted in the original reference. Comparison with Nordstrom et al. (2004) for stars in common that are not spectroscopic binaries indicates that the RV zero point is the same and that a further 0.5 km s-1 error should be present. Such a error was added in quadrature to the internal errors.
b Internal errors of differential radial velocities obtained using iodine lines. Errors on absolute radial velocities are about 0.2-0.3 km s-1.
