As a by-product of our work we also determine that there are no linear ${\propto} e^1$ terms in the secular semimajor axis drift due to the Yarkovsky forces when the surface albedo is constant. A more extended work for the seasonal variant of the Yarkovsky effect is in the Appendix of Vokrouhlický & Farinella (1999).
