Throughout this paper we assume a cosmological model with $\Omega_{\rm m}=0.3$ , $\Omega_{\Lambda}=0.7$ , and $H_{0}=70 ~ h_{70} ~ {\rm km} ~ {\rm s}^{-1}$ Mpc^-1. At z=0.233 the angular scale is thus 3.722 kpc arcsec^-1.
