- Table 1:
Summary of the 13CO (2-1) and (1-0) observations.
Intensity of the 13CO (1-0) line (
)
and 13CO (2-1)/(1-0) intensity ratio
calculated from the
temperatures without any
correction for the different beam sizes. When the 13CO (2-1) line has not been detected we have used 3
upper limits to calculate the 2-1/1-0 ratio. The LVG results for
K are also displayed.
For the sources where the 13CO (2-1)/(1-0) ratio could not be determined, we have assumed a H2 density of
n=103-4.5 cm-3.
The SiO column density, N(SiO), has been calculated for a H2 density of 104.5 cm-3.
The SiO abundance relative to H2, X(SiO), has been calculated using a 13CO abundance
of
(see text).
- Table 2:
Galactic longitude and latitude (in degrees), velocity (km s-1), widths (km s-1), and intensities (K) of the CS lines. In addition, the SiO to CS intensity ratio is also shown. The numbers in parentheses are the uncertainties on the last digit. The positions observed with the IRAM 30 m telescope are indicated with a
superscript. All the other positions have been observed with the 12 m telescope.
