For consistency with earlier papers in this field, the following cosmological parameters have been adopted throughout this paper: H0 = 100  ${\rm km~s^{-1}~Mpc^{-1}}$ and q0 = 0.5. Wherever in the text we refer to linear sizes we introduce h-1. Whenever the redshift for a particular source described in this paper is not available, a default value z=1.25 providing the maximum linear size for a given angular size ( $1\hbox{$^{\prime\prime}$ }$ corresponds then to 4.3 h-1 kpc) and the adopted cosmological model is assumed.
